The Botswana National Productivity Centre (BNPC) carries out its mandate through, among other things, provision of training and consulting interventions across all sectors of the economy. These interventions, which are part of the opportunity identification step to solution delivery, have been successful both in terms of identifying major challenges for organisations and designing and implementing best of breed solutions. These solutions, which are used to help transform organisations, include Service Quality, Quality Management Systems, Supervisory Development, Performance Management, Project Management, and Mindset Management.
The BNPC distinguishes itself by its ability to form partnerships with target organisations to transfer the much needed skills and set in motion a sustainable transformation process that propels organisations into the future.
