Botswana National Productivity Centre (BNPC) whose mandate is to enhance the level of productivity awareness as an advocacy function and to enable individuals and organisations through training and consulting to be productive and competitive seeks to appoint suitably qualified individuals for the following position:
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Basic salary ranges from P 7,386.00 to P13, 293.00 per month
JOB SUMMARY
The successful candidate will provide efficient Human Resources Management support and administrative services to facilitate the cost effective, recruitment, training and development of staff; and the equitable application of the organisation’s terms and conditions of employment in order to minimise employee grievances and complaints and thereby contribute to the development of a trained, motivated and productive work force and a conducive working environment.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Recruitment and Selection effectiveness; Training and Development; Salaries Administration; HR Records Management; IR effectiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: A recognized Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management, or related qualification plus at least two years experience in a medium to large scale organisation. A thorough knowledge of HR related IT applications and statutory instruments is essential.
