The Botswana National Productivity Centre operates on weekdays from 07:30 - 16:30.
Beyond specified times, a 25% rate will be charged on top of the normal rates.
The Centre offers conference facilities comprising five conference rooms and the
plenary room with basic audio visuals as follows:
P509.60 per day with audio visuals 1 – 35 people
Cinema style up to 70chairs
P711.20 per day with audio visuals 36 – 45 people
Cinema style up to 120 chairs
P1 321.60 per day with audio visuals 45 – 100 people
Cinema style 121- 210 chairs
Audiovisuals include – TV/VCR/FLIP CHARTS/MARKERS/O/H PROJECTOR.
We have a Public Address System which is available on first come first
serve basis at P532.40 per day.
