Enterprise Support Programme
The Enterprise Support Programme (ESP) empowers Botswana's private sector enterprises, including Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), to achieve sustainable world-class performance through the application of productivity and quality best practices. The Programme offers consulting and training services in fields that range from Supervisory Development to Quality Management Systems. In order to augment its delivery capacity the Programme has established partnerships with some of the best productivity institutions in the world, such as Service Quality Institute (USA) and Service Quality (SQ) Centre (Singapore).
As one of the core departments of the Botswana National Productivity Centre, ESP leads the strategic objective of Improving Service Experience in Botswana. Major initiatives under this theme include the Development and Implementation of the Botswana National Service Framework, Partnering the Tourism Sector to improve customer service, Partnering with various entities on their journey to ISO 9001 Certification.
