REGIONAL OFFICE - FRANCISTOWN

The Botswana National Productivity Centre (BNPC) Regional Office, based in Francistown, was established in 1997. The Objective of this office is to increase the BNPC footprint in the Northern part of Botswana. Areas serviced by the Office stretch from Mahalapye through Francistown up to Maun and Kasane. Through this office, the BNPC has been able to increase productivity awareness, as well as accessibility to BNPC services. The Regional Office offers training and consulting in Productivity improvement interventions such as, Supervisory Development Programme, Supervisory Skills, Effective Customer Service and Kaizen and 5S. This means BNPC customers in the in the Office's coverage area have access to the same training and consulting programmes offered at the Gaborone Head Office. These training and consulting services are offered both as in-house and public programmes. These programmes have and will continue to be delivered successfully in Palapye, Selibe-Phikwe, Francistown, Masunga, Maun and Kasane. The intention is to increase the coverage area in future to meet customer demands.

The Regional Office also engages stakeholders on the current BNPC projects: such as the Smart Work Ethics, the Development and Implementation of the Botswana National Service Excellence Framework and Women Entrepreneurship Development.
